EC with Authority Signature
The same Encumbrance Certificate, signed and sealed by the authorized officer. It is meant for places that will not accept a plain computer copy.
₹500 per document
What it shows
- Everything in a normal EC: registered transactions, document numbers, parties and the period searched
- The officer’s signature and seal
Who needs it
- People whom a bank, court, builder or government office has asked for a signed EC
- Anyone who wants to be safe when a plain EC might be rejected
What we need from you
- Survey number or property number, with the hissa number if there is one
- District, taluk, and village or ward
- The years you want searched
- A location pin of the site, so we search the right property
Good to know
Ask the office or bank asking for the EC whether a plain copy is accepted or a signed copy is required. Then choose the right one.
